Tang Jun, the former CEO of Microsoft China from 2002 to 2004, dubbed the “king of employees”, was recently involved in a scandal where it was alleged that his doctoral degree from the California Institute of Technology had been falsified. The event gave rise to nationwide attention from Chinese companies on the authenticity of their employees’ information.
To explain the importance of pre-employment screening, Zhou Fei – a manager at Huaxia CRIF (a leader in the pre-employment screening industry) was interviewed by a Chinese journalist from a leading daily newspaper.
